Missing customize options and footer problem

Hello everyone,

first of all, sorry for my bad english, im from germany and try my best.

I got two problems on my page which is build with the pagebuilder and the vantage theme frome site origin. Suddenly i missed the customization options for the footer/header and maybe some more in the area “Appearance > Customize”.
I only got pagetitle, navigation, widgets and static page.

Since i got this problem, my footer on the home page looks different. The footer is “boxed” instead of full width.

I installed the vantage theme again with the name “vantage_1” to see if the problem still exist – it does. If i activate the “vantage_1” theme, the customization options are still gone. So i activated the original vantage theme again.
