    The Extensions option was renamed to Go Premium a few versions ago. Are you running the current Yoast SEO 5.1 version?

    It appears not. Why isn’t it prompting me to update it? My other plug-ins notify me when there’s an update. OK, I’m going to uninstall and reinstall.

    Hi,

    We are not sure why a prompt is not appearing to update the plugin. You can expect to find one in the plugins menu. Did that not happen?

    Also, did reinstalling the plugin resolve the issue?

    Yes, uninstalling and reinstalling solved the issue.
    No, there wasn’t ever a prompt to update in the plugins menu. No matter now although I’ll keep an eye out to see if I’m getting future notices…
