Can you please try to disable the React UI options from the plugin by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math SEO > Dashboard?
After doing that, please do a hard refresh of the browser and see if that helps solve the issue.
If that does the trick, you can leave that option enabled as that won’t limit the compatibility or usability of the plugin.

Hello Miguel and thank you for your reply! Tried what you’ve suggested, empty chches, made hard reset to browesr after that but unfortunately have the same behaviour in the websites. Still the Tabs Database Tools and Import & Export after a while disappear and have a blank screen and the Seo score 0/100 when Nimble Builder Plugin activated. Waiting for your tests. Thank you again!

Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

Hello jeremrm and thank you for your reply. Before opening this ticket I’ve made a full troubleshooting procedure and as mentioned above I’ve found that the problem is with Nimble Page Builder plugin. This plugin had no update the last months so probably a Rank Math update caused the issue. When deactivate the Nimble Page Builder I can see again the Tabs “Database Tools” and “Import & Export” and the score after updating a post is calculated OK. So something going on with the combination of Nimble Page Builder plugin. Thank you

Thank you for sharing your findings. We were also able to replicate the issue with the Nimble Page Builder plugin. We can see that this plugin is untested with the current version of WordPress, which could be related to the conflict.
We recommend reaching out to the Nimble Page Builder support team and informing them about the issue.

Hello @rakibuzzamansiam1 and thank you for your reply! Everything worked fine (including SEO Score after updating a post). Yes the plugin has not updated – and I don’t know if will be updated again. Till know is working fine. I’m pretty sure all this started after 1.0.255 Rank Math version. If I roll back to 1.0254 the SEO Score is updating and looks OK. So I was expected Rank Math find where is the conflict with Nimble Plugin. If it’s not possible this be done by your side, just let me know. Thanks again for your support

Please try updating to our latest version v1.0.257, as it includes several internal improvements that may help with compatibility issues.
Since the Nimble Page Builder plugin hasn’t been updated in over 8 months , it’s likely that the conflict stems from outdated code in their plugin rather than from Rank Math.
We also recommend checking your error logs for any specific warnings or errors related to either Rank Math or Nimble Page Builder. If you find any, please share them with us or with the Nimble support team as that would help pinpoint the cause.
