when we want update the balance. There no box to enter detail of description to describe the payment reason when admin deduct or add the amount.

- we have clear all the cache but the result still same.
- we have use others browser. but the result also same.

btw, can you please assist us to solve this problem by using another way.

maybe by using coding solution on Cpanel.
