The discount amount is printed on a paper invoice if the customer orders from our website. However, if I create the order for the customer from woocommerce order admin page, the plugin strangely does not print the discount. Any suggestion?
The plugin is designed to generate documents based on the WooCommerce orders. Kindly make sure that the discounted amount is present in your WooCommerce order edit page of those specific order you are facing issues with. If the issue persists, kindly get back to us by sharing the screenshot of the WooCommerce order edit page and its corresponding invoice PDF to identify the issue.

Thanks for sharing the information. We couldn’t replicate the issue on our end. Can you try creating a new template and check? Let us know how it goes.
As intimated in the previous response, have you tried to resolve the issue by creating a new invoice template through the following steps: Invoice/Packing > Invoice > Customize > Change layout? Check it out and let us know how it goes.
There is a chance that you directly alter the product price from the order edit page to offer a discount. Presently, the plugin displays discounts only if there is a coupon code associated with it. However, considering this as a use case, we will add this in our upcoming release to handle such situations. Thanks for understanding.
