Hi Sarah,
Have you checked the “Working?” boxes and set hours for all of the Providers you’ve created?
Have you filled in all of the fields for each of the Services you’ve created?
Also, have you checked the “Open?” boxes and set hours for all of the Locations you’ve created?
If you’ve done all of this and it still isn’t working, would you be able to tell us what you currently have entered for Locations, Services and Providers, so we can try and recreate the problem on our end?

I have looked through the settings and think it is all correct,
here is what I have:
Location: Lash by Lash boutique, open: mon-sat 9-1800
Services – all complete except one field named “Description” which I have tested and does not make a difference
Providers – one provider – Stephanie – has all 20 services selected, closed and open times selected and all Working boxes selected.
There are no exceptions created either.
If you need to login, I can create credentials
