missing dropdown-nav-toggle icon

On my site, https://www.lawyersnlaws.com/ see there is a menu named by “Topics”. Under this menu, I have added two sub-menus. There should be a drawdown arrow toggle just beside the right side of the primary menu “Topics” like this screenshot:
Maybe I am missing some setting or any of the custom code hides it. Can anyone help me to get it back?
