Missing Elements in WP Mobile Menu

    Having just discovered this great plugin I have been searching for several functionality elements:

    1) Search Box – Is it possible to insert a search box at the bottom of the mobile menu?

    2) Menu Icons – Is it possible to insert Font Awesome icons for each of the menu items?

    3) Animated Hamburger – Is it possible to animate the hamburger?

    Maybe in wading through the settings I have missed these options?
