Missing emails

Hi,
We setup new Barion card payment methode and new downloadable virtual product (pdf).
Unfortunately, the shop owner and the customer didn’t receive any automatic emails form the shop, however:
-the email sending works fine for the physichal / previously sold products
-SMTP email sending was setup
-order status is correct, completed
-also the related invoice was sent via Billingo plugin.
Please be so kind and help to fix the issue, because in this case the automatic email includes the paid product, the pdf file url.
