Missing entries Multi-Step Form

    Dear helper,

    we have a multi-step form plugin on our website as application form for a programme. However, some of the entries made by applicants haven’t gone through and are not saved as entries and we don’t know why. Do we have to update or is there another reason (we have version 1.2.5 and an update would be available)?

    please update to the latest version. Maybe this resolves the problem.
    If not, contact us via our website so we can investigate further.

    Hi,

    I have installed the Multi Step Plugin in my website but it is not working properly, many of the form fills are not arriving eventhought it is showing the thank you page when submited.

    Please note I have the latest version of the plugin.

    Coudl you please review the issue?
