Missing 'Exports' folder

I am trying to follow the instructions here:
http://wprealia.com/documentation/gettting-started/installation.html
but when I get to Importing Demo Content it says to look for the Exports folder in the theme.
I am using your bootstrap theme and there is no exports folder.
Is there another theme somewhere else that I should be using?

As it is right now I cannot import the sample data, or the widgets. Please help.
