Missing Extensions/Templates on Admin Dashboard

Hello,
Tried the plugin today and just noticed the it was missing some features. Then saw that you need to enable the extensions/ default templates for it to work. Looked at the admin panel and saw that it was missing all the list of extensions. (see screenshot)

btw I installed the owl carousel as a plugin.

I tried to install the plugin on zampp and all the extensions was there. The error was only on this specific server (live site). Looked if there were some missing files via ftp on the live site and the extensions were there. They were not just showing on the admin panel.

Any ideas? Also do the other extensions/ templates come as a separate plugin just like the owl carousel one?
