missing feature in 2.6???

Just upgraded to 2.6 and discovered the new layout seems to have deleted the ability to edit ‘other files’ (or is it just hidden somewhere?)

I know it’s dicey to edit core files, but the search capability was very handy to understand just how things work. Wa hoppened?
