Missing fields for Meta Title and Meta Desciption.

It has been some time since I worked with you excellent plugin.

If I look at the list of pages and choose quick edit I see both Meta Title and Meta Desciption fields.

However when I choose to edit a page there is no field at the bottom showing Meta Title or Meta Desciption. Shouldn’t they show up?
