Missing formatting toolbar

(Using version 1.8.0)
In the editor, there is only one toolbar, while when I edit posts I have two toolbars, with for example advanced font formatting, undo/redo, special symbols, remove formatting, paste as text (this would be very helpful), font color, etc…

Would it be possible to add it?
