Missing forms

    Hello,

    I logged on to the WP admin area today to work on an issue where the form builder was sending the emails multiple times and found that there are no forms listed.
    I can still access the form design screen using the url (/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=visual-form-builder&form=1) but none of the forms are listed by default.
