Missing "Go Top" Arrows

I purchased the premium theme and tried to register at the support form indicated inside the theme, but for some reason no one has approved my registration. I hope I can use this forum. I noticed on the demo you have static arrows on the right side of the home page that can be used to move quickly to the top of the page. The arrows are not showing up on my website & I am wondering if I am missing a setting somewhere. Thank you!
