It looks like the site isn’t serving up the Shortcode plug-in. It is installed. I can see the directory and files via FTP client, the plugins dashboard, etc. but it’s not loading.

Renamed the existing directory and reinstalled the plugin. The icons and fonts are now showing correctly.
