Missing HTMl and adsense code in appearance editor

Doesn’t anyone know anything about this problem ,

can i contact word press some way if nobody on the forum knows about this problem

side bar is edited manually , the links in the blog roll are edited in the default widget but always appeared as html in the main index appearance editor .

It doesn’t matter were they were edited , the point is they are not there anymore.

all links and adsense ads are visble when visiting the website , nothing is missing on the site itself , it just the html in the appearance editor for the banners and adsense and links that are missing. And i do not know why thay are not there anymore , maybe an upgrade issue , i don’t know .

well , this is something that was never seen in the past , i just noticed it yesterday , and was never like this before. The url is fine , like i said before

The Url and site are functioning fine as you will see , like i said again , the problem lies with the codes missing in the appearance editor

beginning to feel like a broken record LOL!

can anyone help with this problem , if not is there a way to get in touch with wordpress support?
