    Hi,

    I’ve recently noticed that the icons on my knowledgebase are missing. Not sure what’s wrong. I’ve checked Chrome’s developer tools and didn’t see any errors there. Hope to hear from you guys soon.

    I am facing the same issue; icons are not appearing. They do appear in configuration screen but it does not appear on live site. I have already reset chrome setting and clear browsing data.
