Missing Image

I’ve been using this plugin only for a short time and it was working great until recently. The original format for sharing a post to FB was a large image on top with the meta description below it, which I preferred. Then, on its own, the format changed to a small image to the left of the description, which I was not liking as much. Then yesterday, it changed back to the original format for sharing, however, the image is missing and I cannot make it appear. No changes were made to any of the settings. Please advise. Thanks in advance for your help.
