Hello @andryguen,
Thanks for the trust!
What is it actually what you are experiencing?
What have you used as source for the image link and what are you trying to do?That’s our setting:
https://gyazo.com/3295692da678aa2fa7a52e8b0aa9c326and that’s is what we’re seeing after the upoad on FB:
Thanks @andryguen,
Did you check the image url in your xml feed?
Is the image correct in the feed? If you open the image url in your browser. Is it correct? Not it gives a 404 error.
Link is structured it that way:
https://dominio/en/wp-content/uploads/2018/04/57-prod.jpg
Correct link for the images is this:
https://dominio/wp-content/uploads/2018/04/57-prod.jpg-

Hi,
at the moment we’ve bought the Plugin, our website (20k€ investment) went broke and have been needed 350€ for restore and issues are still unsolved.
We trust in you but before offer a service you have to be able to solve asap any problem.
That’s not good for your rep.Are you using wpml?
I am missing a .country code in your url.
What is the correct url?-

Yes we use WPML.
As said in the comment before:
”
https://dominio/en/wp-content/uploads/2018/04/57-prod.jpg
Correct link for the images is this:
https://dominio/wp-content/uploads/2018/04/57-prod.jpg”The feed present /en but our image link is the same for IT and EN and doesn’t contain /en.
Hello @andryguen,
could you try the enclosed patch?
To install the patch, please perform these steps:
1) Make sure you’re running the 1.0.5 version of the wpml add-on plugin
2) Download the .zip file from the link
3) Open the ‘wp-content/plugins/wp-product-feed-manager-wpml/includes’ folder on your server
4) Make a backup of the wppfm-wpml-functions.php file in that folder.
5) Delete that file from the folder and replace it by the content of the downloaded .zip fileLet us know if that solved the issue.

We had issues this morning with our server. The issue has been solved. I understand your concern and anger. Could you please open a ticket here https://www.wpmarketingrobot.com/support/ so we can discuss a solution that would satisfy you’re situation. Through that ticket I could even provide you a way to manually remove the plugin, should you want to.
Ask for Michel in the ticket and I will pick it up as soon as I see it.
Hello @andryguen,
We are really sorry for all the recent issues. We released a new version of our plugin yesterday that includes some changes that would improve the behavior of our plugin when our server goes down.
I have not yet seen a ticket from you. I at least could provide you with a procedure to manually remove the plugin if you want.
Let me know if I can be of any assistance.
Hello @andryguen,
Again sorry for the issues. I have not heard from you back again and I don’t want to leave this topic open for nothing, so I will close it now. Thanks and have a great day!
