Missing Images

I am in the process of going through the export/import process of content from a wordpress.com site to this new ww.wp.xz.cn site. there were several roadblocks but now I am down to this last glitch. When I imported the images only about 80-85% came through. The rest, including the logo and banner images are missing. Why is this happening and how can I import the rest?
