Missing Images

In my media library over half of the images are missing. For example:

https://mljzhixuqp9a.i.optimole.com/w:auto/h:auto/q:mauto/process:37307/id:21691d9a9d95f11bfbfc8c6b060dd858/https://barbwade.org/backup/LovevFear-3d-cover.jpg
The meta data is there but the image is not found.
Can you help me figure out how to access/recover these images?
