    We set up for sandbox testing with Square. So we took a group of products, which is 8 soaps to test check out with. We tested checking out and all seems fine with the process. Then when I went back and that is when I noticed the products – all 8 soaps have disappeared from this page. You can’t see it on the website. I can see it on the back end – the products are “there” but you can’t see it. How do I get them back?

    This is indeed unusual. Just to clarify, have you tried manually syncing the products again to check if they appear on the front end? Here’s a detailed guide to manually sync products.

    I was able to bring the images back on the website after doing slight relabeling of the products and new categories. Now I am still running into issues where they don’t appear when they need to. For example in shop all – the missing products dont appear at all. The ones that are sync’d with Square are not being displayed in Shop All. Bar Soap, Body Butters and Accessories.     I was not able to check your website because it is on Coming Soon mode.

    Just to confirm we understood this correctly: After you relabeled the products they show on the shop, but they do not show on the “shop all” page, correct?

    Do you mind sharing more details on what exactly you did when relabeling?

    Also to confirm, as I understand you had this products on Square and synced to WooCommerce, not the other way around, correct?

    Furthermore, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

    System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
    Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Then you can use the selector to search for Fatal Errors.
