I deactivate and activated the plugin and still cant find the menu in the settings. I need to setup a template tab for all products.

Nevermind, I have to purchase the pro version. Case closed!

You should still get a menu item on the left of your admin with the free version:
https://yikesplugins.com/support/knowledge-base/using-saved-tabs/
