Missing Labels on my form

I use FS Contact Form everywhere… (4.0.32)
Adding it to an old site (removed previous contact form), preview looks great but field labels aren’t showing up when I add it to the site. If I put my cursor where the label should be, I see it (like it’s ‘hiding’)
White font on a white background?

I went back and reset everything to default and it didn’t help.

It’s just weird. I know it’s me of course….

Any help?
