Missing last plugin(s) in the matrix when paging

The last one or two plugins in our list do not show up in the matrix.

Our site has 63 active plugins in wordpress. Only 61 are listed in Freesoul (per the last page being ’60-61′). I assume Freesoul plugin itself is not listed. So that leaves one missing plugin. I noticed it is the very last plugin in our list, alphabetically. So I think it is a bug that it is not displayed.

Furthermore, I disabled the last plugin (#63) and expected the list to display 60. However, the last page disappeared and I am left with the last page being ’40-59′ instead of ’60-60′. So in that scenario I am missing two plugins from the end of the matrix.

Since we have many plugins, I learned to zoom out on the ‘All’ page using the browser zoom. Then I can see that those plugins are indeed displayed. So the issue is only in the paging mode.

So there are two bugs with the paging, but perhaps they are the same.
