Missing line break in excerpts

    Thanks for this great plugin. I have a small issue with line breaks in excerpts:
    I have a post like

    <p>Lorem ipsum<br>sit dolor</p>

    in the excerpt it is displayed like
    Lorem ipsumsit dolor

    i.e. <br> is replaced by nothing.

    Can you change this to “replace <br> with space”?
    Or can I do this somehow?

    I can’t change that, but you can put the excerpt into the post’s excerpt field. The plugin takes the content from this field unchanged.
