Missing Lottie

    Hi,

    I noticed that Lottie images no longer appear on my site. It shows a blank space where Lottie images are expected to appear. When I try to edit the page, I can see the Lottie on the page, but not on the live site. I have tried this on Google Chrome, Safari, and Firefox – and it’s all the same.

    Please help.

    Thanks for writing to us.

    We haven’t experienced any issues with the Lottie element.

    I would request you debug using the steps below:
    1. Ensure you have the updated Spectra 2.0.12
    2. After updating, please be sure to regenerate the assets. We do this automatically after the plugin is updated, but just to be sure, go to “Spectra > Settings > Asset Generation > Regenerate Assets” and press the button as shown here:https://share.bsf.io/9ZugNRdO?method=GET
    3. Empty cache and hard reload while on the editor screen. Here’s how: https://share.bsf.io/2NumNvZ2.

    Hi,

    I tried the steps that were suggested, but the lotties are still not showing up. I also realised the other Spectra blocks aren’t working properly.
