Missing manual excerpts

    Any views using manual excerpts is only showing the client photo and name, nothing else. Thank you.

    I have the latest version installed and have this same issue, If I enter text in the main field it shows in the slider but when only excerpt is entered it appears to be ignored leaving just the image and author. This occured right after 5.7.2 update of WP.

    under the view it is set to manual excerpt
