I have downloaded the Events Manager plugin and have encountered a problem. Many menu items are immediately missing.
    Currently I only have:
    Events
    Settings
    Help

Then, for example, I do not have “Add event” etc.

What could be the problem? And what can I do?

  • Are you logged in as an administrator? If not, what is your role? Editor, Contributor, …

Do you have a plugin that controls the roles such as User Role Editor or Members? Or a plugin that controls the Admin menu like Admin Menu Editor?

My role is Super Admin. We are four people with a role. 2 administrators and 2 Super Admins.

I don’t think I have such plugins that you mention.

Should I try changing my role to administrator?

Here’s the documentation on using Events Manager on a multi-site installation: https://wp-events-plugin.com/documentation/multisite/

When in WordPress Multisite mode, certain settings are made available/restricted to only super admins. These extra options are located on the network admin area.

You can also read more about Global Mode Options.

Did you check the network admin area?

    Hi again.

I tried to change my role to Administrator. And it worked. Thanks a lot for your help. I appreciate it.
