Missing new entry

    HI there
    I added two new people to our contacts page, one person turned up but the other hasn’t.
    The one that’s missing is Alistair Weekes, a Full Member.
    He actually shows on my Chrome at home, but not on any other browsers at home, and not on any other computers.
    I have checked all the settings for his entry (public etc), he’s in the correct category (Full Members) and he’s setup the same as everyone else on the page.
    I have turned off caching on the web server and yet he still doesn’t show.
    I have no funky codes re any limits etc.
    Can you please advise?

    Are you logged into WordPress in the Chrome browser at home but not logged in on the other browsers?

    Trying login into WordPress in the other browsers. Does the Entry show? If it does, perhaps the Entry was accidentally set to “Private”. Editing the Entry and setting it to “Public” should resolve the issue.

    Thanks for the reply. He’s set to public, and yes I was logged into WP so that may be why he’s showing for me, but still can’t work out why he doesn’t show in a private browser session.
    I tried deleting him and entering again, but same issue.

    Odd… can you please share a screenshot of the page editor showing the shortcode that is supposed to show the Entry and a screenshot of the Entry in the admin being edited, and screenshots of the settings admin page tabs?

    Ah I got it in the end – it was server side caching. Disabled it and also there was a related plug in, now all go.
