Missing offline payment feature!

    Hi!
    First of all, i want to thank you for the great theme COURSEBUILDER, which have included this also very lightweight plugin.
    The design matches perfect to the theme!

    What i am missing is a offline payment feature. Not all of my clients have/wants PayPal. Can you help. Maybe with a easy hack as solution for this?

    PS: And what about changing the Date/Time-Format in the Frontend?
    It is not on the European Format, like 10. Mai 2018 – 10:00 – 18:00 Uhr
