    We are having a problem with missing orders on the back end of WooComerce.

    An order received on 6/24 (order# 6584) was there last week but now it is not showing show in the back end under orders. Also, the last order number it shows is 6567? So that means 17 orders have just disappeared.

    Can anyone help me understand what would cause this to happen?

    Thank you for the details, and you’re right to be concerned — disappearing orders definitely isn’t expected behavior.

    To assist you further , could you pleae check if the orders may have been accidentally moved to Trash. If you see a “Trash” link at the top of the orders screen, click it and check if any of the missing orders are listed there.

    Also, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

    • System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status
    • Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
