    Hi all.

Backstory: Woocommerce site crashed after activating a plugin. We then went through the troubleshooting process with the client’s host (Godaddy) after struggling to run it through cpanel/phpmyadmin, and they deactivated all plugins to allow the site to run again.

Once I was able to login to the admin, I then reactivated the plugins. All seemed okay, but I noticed the most recent orders were from January 2021. We do multiple orders per day, so there is something definitely off.

We did not restore a backup, so that’s not the issue.

    Any ideas?

    Hey there,

Okay, so you’re missing all orders since January 2021 – it sounds like somewhere in the testing, the orders were removed. WooCommerce doesn’t have an option to do this, so something may have gone wrong with the database, the plugins in use, etc.

The best thing to do is to restore a recent backup that includes the missing orders.
