Missing Orders In Woo Backend

    My client called me and let me know that she can see the orders in her ShipStation and have order numbers but when I go check her WooCommerce account there are no orders under that number but Analytics still shows the orders but without order numbers. I have no clue what might have happened and is it possible to create those orders and have them show up in the WooCommerce backend with custom numbers.

    That’s strange! As a first step, please share the following WooCommerce logs:

    • System Status: found under WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
    • Error log: found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs
