Missing orders in WooCommerce

When an order shows in the Woo App but later disappears from the store dashboard, it usually means the order data may not have been saved correctly, or something may have removed or altered it afterward.

To start, please check whether the order exists in WooCommerce → Orders by using the search box to look up the customer’s name, email address, or the Stripe transaction ID. You can find the transaction ID in your Stripe dashboard under Payments.

Next, please check WooCommerce → Status → Logs and select any Stripe, fatal error, or critical log around Oct 22. If you find anything there, kindly share the log using https://pastebin.com so we can review what WooCommerce recorded during that moment.

To help ensure this does not happen again, I also recommend reviewing how your site handles scheduled actions, as these are used to process and update orders. You can view them under WooCommerce → Status → Scheduled Actions. A large number of pending, failed, or stuck actions can lead to issues like missing order data.
