As this issue never occured before and I cannot reproduce: Do you still see the “General” tab with API Key form fields?

Ok, I just want to apologize for wasting your time with this one.
My m8 who is the site owner caged some of the access, payment stuff he wanted private which was fair enough, and I made him turn some of the plugins he installed off that he never told me about and the pay button appeared after entering the API.
The fault was our end after all so sorry again.
