Missing Payment Options

    I can’t quite figure out why/when/how this issue is happening. Most times when I add a product (any product or number of products) I go tot he Cart page and can see the Express payment options (digital wallet). I then proceed to the Checkout page and I see the area for Express Payment options, but they are not present. Additionally, under the regular Payment Options at the bottom, although the Credit Card label is there, there are no fields to enter my CC information. There seems to be no rhyme or reason as to why these two payment options aren’t available which limits customers to purchase from our store. Oddly enough, if I refresh the page after a minute or two, the payment options suddenly appear. Please help!

    Every time I test, I do so incognito.

    Hi @spykekrepshaw,

    This sounds like a frustrating intermittent checkout issue! I tested on my side and can see the express checkout in the cart page and on the checkout page. I’m also able to enter card information in the fields without issues. See screencast: https://streamable.com/qh5m5h.

    It’s possible that your card and checkout pages weren’t fully loaded before testing. Since I wasn’t able to reproduce it, could you please share a screen recording of it using Loom.com or any other screen recording tool of your choice? Also open your console and see if there’s anything you might see.
