The Paypal E-mail Address field does not appear under edit profile. It only appears when you click save changes, forcing an error message that says ‘PayPal E-Mail Address must be a valid e-mail address’.

The Paypal Email Address field should be appearing permanently under the Payment Method. Please assist.

    Hi,

The Paypal E-mail Address field does not appear under edit profile.

Can you provide more information about the PayPal e-mail address? For example, was this e-mail used to create the affiliate account?

The Paypal Email Address field should be appearing permanently under the Payment Method. Please assist.

Once you provide an answer to my question above, I will be able to answer this question.

Are you integrating this plugin with another plugin like WooCommerce?

In any case you might also like to read the following documentation “How affiliate payout works”.

    Kind regards

@wl12, This might be a theme CSS issue. What happens if you temporarily switch to a default WordPress theme (e.g. Twenty 17/16)?

There was a bug where the PayPal email address field didn’t appear when both PayPal and Manual payout methods were enabled. This was fixed in the latest release.
