    Hi Wayne,

    If the problem has not been resolved yet, please try to deactivate and re-activate both plugins – Contact From и Contact From to DB.
    If it doesn’t solve the problem, please provide credentials to your site in a private ticket on our support forum http://support.bestwebsoft.com/ so that we could solve the problem.
