Does this issue persist when you deactivate the plugin?

    Hi David Streb,

Did this happen after deactivating a plugin?

I uploaded all my plugin settings to: https://www.idahophotostudios.com/ewww/ so everyone can have a look. I may be trying to use too ,any doing essentially the same thing. I need EWWW Image optimizer to work and at least 1 persistent cache plugin. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi,

Can you deactivate both caching plugins and see if the issues persists?

A caching plugin is not likely to affect your media library like this

If you go into your site via FTP, are the images there?

You should never have more than one plugin doing the same functions as you are going to get conflicts. If you are using WPO for your cache please turn of caching in your other caching plugin.

I suspect that your images have been removed. I would consider restoring your Uploads from a backup if you have one.
