missing pictures

Hi, i have been using cmtooltips for over 3 years with excelent results. but, since 2 month ago the pictures that should appear on the hover, only shows captionid…. and the explanation no picture at all…
have no idea on what´s happening the site is in spanish, (allways was).
any idea what was change (free version). I run firebug and i understood said bootstrap not used. if you click on the term, shows the picture…
