I should add that if I switch themes, those missing posts reappear, so it’s definitely an issue only with Dyad.

Hmmm, I can’t see anything out of the ordinary when I look at your site, and of course I don’t know which posts are missing. I’ve not been able to replicate this.
My first suggestion would be to disable all plugins and see if the posts come back. If they do, re-enable each plugin one at a time and check the site in between to see which plugin is causing the issue.
My second suggestion is to download and install Dyad 2 from WordPress.com (scroll down to the bottom of that page for the download link) and install and activate it and see if the posts come back? Dyad 2 is an rewritten and updated version of Dyad, but cosmetically it is virtually the same as Dyad.
It appears to be a problem with Jetpack’s Infinite Scroll, so I’ve disabled it for now, but if there’s a better fix, I would love to hear it. Thank you so much for your time!

Hmmm, I’m going to check to see if this has been reported with Jetpack and see if I can reproduce it on my test site with Dyad. Thanks for figuring out which plugin, and which feature it was that is causing the issue.

I’ve not been able to reproduce this on my test site, and I couldn’t find it in our bug reports. I’ve asked the Jetpack team about it and I’m waiting to hear back from them.
There is a Jetpack update that was released very recently. You might want to update that, if you have not already, and then reactivate Infinite Scroll and see if all the posts show as they should.
