Hi jcpacelli,
Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.
Are you sure the product feed itself has been reprocessed and refreshed and you are not looking at an old cached version of the feed? Make sure to clear any server/browser/plugin caching.
i’m not confident that it has reprocessed but it also hasn’t synced to my facebook catalog. this would make a cached version in my browser irrelevant right?
When you add new products to WooCommerce and you want those to end up in your feed immediately and in Facebook catalogue you need to do two things:
- Manually refresh the product feed (hit the refresh icon)
- Manually refetch and reprocess the product feed in Facebook itself
When you don’t do these manual steps then the new products will only end up in your Facebook catalog when the automated plugin refresh has taken place (which is daily, twicedaily or hourly) AND when the automated fetch/process of Facebook retrieved this updated feed.
The above updating is indeed irrelevant to caching
yes, its been a few days now (since early monday morning) and my site is set to twice daily and FB is set to hourly
sure, here it is:
Debug Log
product ids are 130911 and 130882 which should both be in the Canvas Prints feeds for Google and Facebook
also product id 130867 should be in the Vector Art feeds for Google and Facebook
They are the three McLaren F1 products
