Missing products
-
Hello, I need to export to Google only 16 products from one category. These products have 3 variations. But the XMK contents only 5 products without variations and 1 product with variations. I don’t understand why.
Thanks a lot for your help.

Hi,
Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.
When you want to include products from one category you should create an include only filter as explained in this blog post: https://adtribes.io/create-a-product-feed-for-one-specific-category/
And when you want all products + variations from that category you need to make sure to have these settings in the general feed settings: https://www.dropbox.com/s/54cwvgsf8wkvqwp/Screenshot%202021-11-07%20at%2010.14.26.png?dl=0
Hope this helps?
Thanks for your reply.
Yes, I created a filter : Category ->is equal to -> Name of the category -> include onlyAnd Include product variations is ON.
I launched a manual XML creation but the file is always the same, some products are missing, only 1 product has variations.
No cache plugin activated (except Imagify).
Thanks for your help, I’m lost !
Hi,
Can you share the plugin debug.log URL with us so we can tell how you configured your feed? Instructions on how to retrieve the debug.log URL can be found here: https://adtribes.io/send-your-debug-log-to-support/
Hello, thanks for your reply.
The link : https://www.lachaiseaguy.fr/wp-content/uploads/woo-product-feed-pro/logs/debug.logThanks a lot !
Thanks for this. Your debug.log shows you configured a couple of feeds, which one does it concern?
sorry 😉 it’s “Copy Sac noel Google”, the last one
Thanks for this. I noticed you created an include_only filter in that feed for the “Sac de Noël en tissu personnalisé” category. Can you change the condition of that filter to “contains” instead of “is equal to” and see if that makes a difference?
ok, I tried it with replacing “instead of” by “contents” => 0 product in the XML
sorry, there was an error in the category name. But the result is the same than before : 4 products and 1 product with its variations.
Do all products show when you remove your filter?
No, only 22 products on 956.
Alright so there probably is another reason apart from the filter on the category that could be causing the issue at hand.
Can you perhaps share screenshots of all of your feed configuration screens?
yes, sure, but how can I do that ?
There are lots of tools/websites out there that can help with that, for example: https://prnt.sc/
aaahhh ! I was creating screenshots and seen that in “Conversion and Google Analytics settings, there was a day number for “Remove products that did not have sales in the last days” ! I remove it and now it’s ok ! I’m very sorry !
Now, i have 2 questions :
– What is “cs” in filter configuration ? What happens if I check it ?
– When the setting is ok, can I disable the WP cron to increase the website speed and create a rule with Easycron ?
Thanks a lot !!!
