Hi,
Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.
In one of our latest released we made a change to the products that are added to feeds for Skroutz. Variation products that are out-of-stock are no longer added to feeds. Could that explain the difference in product numbers for you?
Hello,
Thanks for the fast responce. Unfortunately i dont have anything out of stock(so the problem continuous)
Is there maybe a change that we have a conflict with Redis Object Cache?
Yes our plugin is not compatible with Redis caching. Our developers spends days trying to make it compatible but unfortunately never succeeded.
Have you tried if the feed processing worked (as in all products in your feed) with Redis disabled?
Hi again,
After changing the WP Cron execution time and disabling Redis the product feed got back to normal.
After some more reading i see that there’s a general problem with Redis and your plugin.
Is this something you are planning to solve in the future?
Thanks for the quick responce and the feedback.
Best Regards
Leon.Drs
Hi Leon,
This is something that, unfortunately, due to the nature of how object caching works is not solvable to us and therefore no longer on our to-do list.
Hi,
Assuming the issue at hand has been resolved and/or our support is no longer required I am going to close this issue for housekeeping reasons now.
