Missing products from order

Hi, it happened several times that the products were missing in the order. The orders contained only the composite product but not the selected products. It does not happen all the time – majority cases are showing correctly. It looks like some user do something that prevents the products to be inserted. We need to call the customer to find out what he ordered.
