Missing Profile Data

Hello,
when I connect to my WP site with a new user the registration is not correct.
There are several profile fields missing.
In WP the new created user does not have a good user name – just the $new_fb_settings[‘fb_user_prefix’].
There is also no email being stored in the DB.
Because of this, there is just one user created. When I use my FB account on your DEMO everything is fine.
What is wrong with my config?
